Paul Westberry
Florida Native, graduate of Immokalee High, class of 23 students. Paul claims to be a Reformed Redneck, but his wife frequently reminds us of how incomplete the reformation is. Two sons. Bachelors and Masters from University of Florida. Spent 17 years in Wyoming. Taught elementary students for 11 years and held a variety of school administrative positions for 25 years before retirement.
Paul has always loved the outdoors whether hiking, camping, or kayaking. Got hooked on kayaking when he bought an old wood frame 2 man 19 ft Folbot kayak in 1984. Spent 4 days floating the Green River in Wyoming and has been on the water ever since. Paul spends most of every summer since '72 in the Wind River Range of Wyoming, backpacking, camping, and flyfishing.
